Senior Director of Operations

The Senior Director of Operations serves as the primary operational leader of RETA, responsible for overseeing and integrating all organizational operations in alignment with RETA’s mission to provide life-affirming services and build Christ-centered families.

This position provides executive-level oversight of medical, mental health, and mentorship operations, ensuring all service areas function cohesively, efficiently, and with excellence. The Senior Director of Operations translates strategic vision into executable systems, ensures regulatory compliance and operational sustainability, and strengthens RETA’s infrastructure to support growth and long-term impact.

The role ensures that RETA’s services are trauma-informed, mission-aligned, measurable, and operationally sound across all departments.
