Currently, our medical services provide prenatal care for the first 20 weeks, and then we transition our patients to an accepting provider. We also offer prenatal classes to our clients to prepare them for the birth of their child. Additionally, we offer pregnancy testing, STI testing/treatment, and limited obstetric ultrasound in the first trimester. Our mentorship program also helps to support you on your parenting journey.

In a limited obstetric ultrasound, the sonographer checks for three things: determine if the pregnancy is in the uterus, measure gestational age, and measure the fetal heart rate. Our Medical Director oversees the sonographers and reads the ultrasound scans.
A limited obstetric ultrasound does not diagnose anything beyond the three items listed and will not reveal the gender of your baby. An anatomy scan, typically done around 20 weeks, is commonly done during prenatal care with your doctor.

If you are seeking medical services at RETA, you will need to drink plenty of fluids beforehand. Our pregnancy testing and certain STI tests are run through a urine specimen. If you are having an abdominal ultrasound, it is important that your bladder is full to obtain the best images and measurements during the scan.
If you are seeking an ultrasound, a transvaginal ultrasound may be performed if you are less than 11 weeks pregnant or additional ultrasound images are needed for accurate measurements.

Due to the individualized care given to each client, appointments are approximately one hour.

Abortion Pill Reversal involves using progesterone to reverse the effects of the first pill of chemical abortion -Mifepristone. Mifepristone blocks the pregnancy hormone progesterone to the developing baby. The reversal simply counteracts those effects by supplying extra progesterone for the baby. Studies show a success rate of approximately 66% for reversing mifepristone and continuing the pregnancy.
Progesterone is a safe medication and is commonly given in pregnancy. For more information about Abortion Pill Reversal, go to abortionpillreversal.com.

If the client is interested in taking next steps toward making an adoption plan, RETA refers them to reputable agencies we trust.

We provide mentoring for women, men, couples, and teens. Mentorship is individualized to meet the needs of the participant and can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Once you are matched with a mentor, you will find a common time to meet, and the two of you will determine the topics/areas of focus that will help you heal, grow, and build a more promising future. We want to walk alongside you and offer commitment, connection, support, empowerment, encouragement, and presence.

Men and fathers of all ages (with kids of all ages) are welcome to get connected.
