RETA Staff and Board of Directors
Brandie earned her Master of Public Health and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. She began as a Cardiac ICU nurse in Phoenix before returning home to Memorial Hospital to work in trauma ICU. She later joined Goshen Health, first in Hospice Care, then in Care Coordination, eventually serving as Director of Care Coordination, Home Care & Hospice, and Diabetes Education. From there, she became Senior Director of Programs at CAPS before stepping into her current role as CEO of RETA.
Brandie and her husband, Jon, have four children—Kaden, Elijah, Hadley, and Taylor—and continue to foster, opening their home to children in need. With her family active in sports and 4-H, life stays busy. As RETA’s CEO, Brandie is grateful to align her passion and values, leading with both humility and ambition.

Dr. Borkowski supports RETA’s mission by overseeing medical services and ensuring women, especially the underserved, have access to equitable prenatal and health care. With over 30 years as a gynecologist—20 of them in Goshen—she is committed to safe, life-affirming care and addressing the need for affordable medical services in the region. She currently provides gynecologic care with plans to expand services by adding family physicians and mid-level providers.
She and her husband, Shek, have four daughters. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding.
Dr. Dell serves as RETA’s Director of Psychological Health.
A board-certified clinical psychologist, he brings extensive experience in trauma-informed care, including six years of service as an Active-Duty Mental Health Flight Commander and Psychologist in the United States Air Force (2013–2019).
