licensed mental health therapist
The Licensed Mental Health Counselor provides direct clinical services to individuals, couples, and families at RETA (Reason Enough To Act), ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care that aligns with RETA’s mission.
This role supports RETA’s mental health programming by delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, promoting emotional healing, and strengthening individuals and families in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
nurse clinic coordinator
The Nurse Clinical Coordinator leads clinic operations and oversees the delivery of high-quality care to the families RETA serves. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, this role supervises staff, coordinates access and workflow, and removes barriers to care. The coordinator also oversees clinical records, supplies, compliance, and operational readiness.
The Nurse Clinical Coordinator collaborates with the Medical Director and clinic providers on clinical protocols, patient care, and best practices. The role provides direct nursing and limited obstetric ultrasound services within scope and competency. Working with case management, RETA leadership, community health nursing, and other programs, the coordinator connects clients with needed care and resources while carrying out RETA’s faith-based, life-affirming mission.
Front office client services specialist
The Client Service Specialist serves as a welcoming first point of contact for clients, donors, and community partners, creating a compassionate environment that reflects RETA’s mission of providing life-affirming services and building Christ-centered families. This role manages front desk operations, scheduling, client records, and administrative support while helping individuals connect with RETA’s medical, mental health, mentoring, and support services. Through a warm, professional presence, the Client Service Specialist helps reduce barriers to care and creates a safe, supportive, and organized environment where each person feels valued and experiences the love of Christ.
